Dear Parents:

We are currently in the process of completing the process of the Ages and Stages Developmental Screening for our children. This parent-completed checklist screening will help identify your child’s strengths and weaknesses based on developmental milestones.

Please click on or paste the URL noted below into your browser to complete the screening. You should complete the ASQ:3 (which looks at your child’s developmental skills) and the ASQ: SE:2 (which addresses social and emotional skills).

Purpose:
The Claymont State Service Center currently offers client services administered by Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) divisions:

The Brandywine Child Care and Preschool/Learning Center at Calvary offer Professional assistance with IEPs. Our center contracts with a certified special education teacher to offer assistance navigating the special education process.

We also offer assistance navigating the Purchase of Care system.
